How ZeoCool works

Place product inside the ZeoCool payload space.

The ZeoCool payload space has six walls each containing water in liquid form; this is similar to a traditional CoolPac.

The ZeoCool works by evaporative cooling. A thermostat is positioned in one of the side walls; this controls the rate of evaporation. (A)

The thermostat for the heater is placed on the outside of the expanded polystyrene (EPS) box. This allows the heater to react to the ambient temperature, opening when the temperature falls allowing the air to flow. (B)

The ZeoLite bag is placed on the base of the shipper to allow the heat generated to escape into the atmosphere. (C)

The ZeoCool outer carton has been designed to protect the ZeoCool, allow for easy access for actuation and to provide sufficient airflow to allow the heater to function correctly. (C)
